Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Prep Notes

Dice each of the Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

Roll the lemon between your palm and the cutting board to release the juices. Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small cup. Combine with an equal part of olive oil.


One Avocado
One Tomato
One Cucumber
Olive Oil
Sea Salt


1. Combine the diced avocado, tomato and cucumber in a medium sized mixing bowl. 

2. Season the mixture with sea salt.

3. Top with the olive oil and lemon dressing.
